Rex and I love Chinese food in fact we have this favorite restaurant that we go to and when we walk in the owners know what we want. We might not have been there in awhile be they remember us. I also like to cook Chinese at home and I often do a quick stir-fry vegetables using Oyster Flavored Sauce and one of my favorite is Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce. It is made by Lee Kum Kee who has created more than 200 Asian sauces and condiments. The Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce can be used in lots of different meals.

Last week I used it in my hamburgers (wish I had taken a picture of the burgers). The hamburgers turned out so good. Let me tell you how I made them.

I mixed 1/3 cup Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce with 1 pound of hamburger. I added chopped green onion and some chopped mushrooms. I then had Rex grill the burgers. While they were cooking I mixed up some shredded coleslaw mix with cabbage and carrots, bean sprouts, chopped green onions, mandarin orange slices and a ginger dressing. I put that on the plate and then put the burger on the top of the mixture. No buns - just burger and salad and it was so good. It was a nice change from a burger and a nice change from stir-fry.

I am sure you can think of a number of ways you could incorporate Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce’s into your meals. You could use it as part of a marinade or add it to your meatloaf.
