I really like to bake. I had been looking for a pastry mat so that I didn’t make as big of a mess. In the past I would just sprinkle flour on the counter or wax paper - but it always got all over. Oh I DO bake a lot and I would indeed use this for rolling out pastry doughs pies, cookies, you name it… we love to eat don’t we? So it’s a lot of baking and cooking we do!
