Was I the only one who got caught up in the NCAA Tournament? I am sure not. I was very excited for the Big Dance to start - I had two teams from Wisconsin in it and also the Ducks from Oregon!! When watching the games we wanted a snack and I found Koch Food Cravers had some great product to offer for snacking. Originally I had thought maybe I would get some chicken wings - but they are messy and not everyone likes spicy wings. I found some Snack Cravers - Boneless Chicken Chunks with 2 flavors. The one I used was Spicy Buffalo sauce and a Ranch sauce to use for dipping.

Don’t these look good? The Boneless Chicken Chunks were so nice and big. You can either deep fry them or back in the oven - which is what I did. The coating was nice and crispy. I served the sauce on the side so everyone could choose what they liked best. Everyone loved the Snack Cravers!! I also notice another flavor of the Snack Cravers with two different dipping sauces that I am trying next!

Another snack I served this weekend was also from Koch Foods snack were the Original Chicken Fries! These were really good - and easy to eat. I served them with everyone favorite dipping sauce too. Again they can either be deep fried or baked. I baked them also - easy to make easy to clean up.

I can’t wait to try some more products from Carvers - they have a good variety of snacks and also some great stuffed chicken breast for dinner. If you are looking for something easy and good to eat look to Cravers.

Lets hope both the Oregon Ducks and the Marquette Golden Eagles continue winning and we can see Buzz Williams do another dance!! Good luck to all the teams in the Sweet Sixteen!

You can find Koch Cravers locally at most Walmarts, Festival Foods, and Woodman’s. I think they are great value a great way to feed a hungry basketball fans.
