When I do dishes by hand I do not like to put my glasses in the dish drying rack and normally would throw a towel on the counter and put my glasses on that. I now use the Original Dish Drying Mat. I use vinegar for so much! it cleans really well. I put a small amount in my washer each time I do a load. It works some how with the detergent to clean just a little bit better.

Always hand wash precious glassware and let air dry - the dishwasher takes a toll on things like that.

i use a dishwasher alot but some of my good dishes i prefer not to put in the dishwasher. i wash my pots and pans my hand. i sometimes use baking soda with the dishwashing liquid to get stuff off the bottom of my pans.
Always rinse your dishes, pots, pans, whatever if they won’t be washed immediately. That eliminates a lot of wasted time.

Used these and they are great. An extra one will always come in handy.
I don’t know if this counts as a tip, but I always have two sponges near the sink: A regular cellulose sponge, and a scrubby sponge. For the regular sponge, I take a “normal” sized sponge and cut it in half, because I find the smaller size is easier to hold and to get into smaller items. Also, I run both sponges through the dishwasher to make sure they’re not germ factories.
