When I first started reading Snow on the Bayou I though oh no this really is not a book I am going to like. Boy was I wrong. I really enjoyed Snow on the Bayou. Everyone should have a Tante Lulu looking out for them. She was quite the character and I could imagine what she looked like with the great description Ms Hill used.

I also like the story of Cage and Em. The once bad boy still a bad boy but now a Navy SEAL comes back to help his dying grandma. Still in love with Em from all those years ago.
