I hate to wear shoes but it is only 15 degrees out today and my heat went out in my car - so I guess flip flops are really not an option. Every year I try to find a pair of shoes that are like going barefoot for the winter ~ this year I found kigo footwear. They are a lightweight, comfortable, durable and affordable shoe. To me they feel almost as good as going barefoot.
Better yet kigo footwear takes great pride in having created a responsible cradle to cradle footwear option that is both recycled and recyclable. I love that kigo is environmental responsibility and accountability.
kigo footwear is a 100% virtual company, believing that technology is a beautiful tool for keeping our carbon footprint at bay. The kigo staff work remotely, communicate through email and phone, meet as a team and with partners via video conferencing, create and utilize digital marketing materials, conduct day to day business paperlessly and avoid extraneous travel. kigo’s main goal is to AVOID | REDUCE and to REUSE | RECYCLE when we cannot AVOID. One of the many reasons I like kigo ~ they are looking out for us in many ways.
If you take a look at my picture of my kigo flit you will see a number of other reasons I like kigo footwear and my shoes.
1. Anatomical Shape ~ which is designed to mimic the natural shape of a foot.
2. Traction ~ they have a fingerprint groove outsole for keeping your feet from slipping (something I do need as I am a klutz!)
3. Toe Box ~ protects and supports the toes.
4. Flexible Outsole ~ the outsoles have great flexibility allowing your foot to move.
My pair of kigo are my favorite shoes that I have. I wear them most days. No matter what your daily activities, every kigo footwear style keeps your feet comfortable. The kigo flit is the shoe for women on the go complementing almost any outfit. Tough yet feminine, you can wear them to work or out on the weekend. The kigo flit will keep your feet comfortable and stylish throughout the demands of your day.
