My Review:
I really enjoyed Buried Leads. This is the second book in the High Heel Mystery series. The first I have read but I didn’t need to read the first one to follow the story. Nichelle Clark is a reporter who always seems to find a bit more of a scoop at a murder scene. She intelligent and has a way of working with everyone to get some leads for solving the murder. In this one a body is found in a woods buried with a partially deteriorated body by two teenagers out late at night. There is also a bit of romance with an ex-boyfriend Kyle and then there is her Mafia connected friend, Joey. I liked reading how she tied everything together. You will need to read Buried Leads to find out what happened. You will enjoy it up to the last page.
