Did you know that October is National Popcorn Month? What a better way to celebrate than to have some great tasting Jolly Time Pop Corn. I just love the smell of popcorn. At work if someone makes it I want it - I go into a theater and smell it I want it. So when I received some popcorn from Jolly Time Pop Corn I was very excited.
I love the 100 calorie packs - they are perfect for a snack or they would be perfect to give out to those cute little trick or treaters that come knocking on your door. What a great healthy treat! I decided to pop some corn and make a great little snack mix. It is just popcorn and then some mini candy bars cut up into pieces. 
Doesn’t that look yummy? You get both that sweet and salty taste in one bite. You can add what ever you like to the mix such as gummy bears, M&M’s, dried fruit or even nuts. It’s fun to see what combinations you can come up with.
The next thing I decided to try and make some popcorn balls. I used the recipe that came with the pop corn baller. It was just Jolly Time Pop Corn, butter and marshmallows after mixing I added those same cut up mini candy bars and look I made some chocolate pop corn balls. They were so good.
