Last weekend I was having some people over to watch a movie and I love to bake so I made a couple different cupcakes and used my Haunted Cupcake Display from Sweet Creations by Good Cook. I loved the display it was so easy to put together and it looks very festive. It is made of heavy cardboard so I know it will last a few years. I like the three layers so I can display all of my cupcakes.
The cupcakes here may not look all that exciting but they were served with whip cream and caramel drizzled over the top. I made two new recipes from Bisquick. One was the Impossibly Easy Mini Pumpkin Pies and the second was Impossibly Easy Salted Caramel Apple Mini Pies. Both of my cupcakes went pretty fast and I must say I enjoyed them both.

I didn’t get a chance to make mine yet - but still plan on making some. The package has some easy step by step how to directions on it. That way they will turn out prefect every time.
