I have a hard time staying asleep at night. I fall to sleep fine for a few hours and then I am wide awake. Then I toss and turn for awhile. I decided to try some new pillows - hoping that would help. Actually, that would be this smart silk pillow. I love that it stays cool.
My pillows are all flat and I live in humidville so, these that are resistant to mold & mildew sound good.
