I don’t know about you but I love the Hallmark Channel. I like to watch all the movies about falling in love. I recently was provide with a double feature Hallmark Channel Movie.
The first movie was Meddling Mom with Sonia Braga and Tony Plana. Carmen was always involved in her two daughters lives - She is either dropping in on the younger daughter and her husband or trying to fix up her older daughter with a friends son. I loved the scene when they spied on them at dinner to see how they were getting along.
In order to get mom out of their life the girls decide to fix her up with Luis the handsome ballroom dance teacher - Does this stop Mom? Yo
u will want to watch Meddling Mom to find out.
It was a very cute movie and kept me watching till the end.
The second movie was very cute too - The Sweeter Side of Life staring Kathryn Morris. Desiree had the prefect life - meeting her friends at the gym, shopping and going out to lunch. She is married to a successful Manhattan Doctor. Things are great until her husband wants a divorce and not only a divorce by leaves her penniless because of the pre-nup she signed. Desiree returns home to help her father run his bakery. His bakery is not doing well so once Desiree puts her mind to the task she decides to help make his bakery successful. While working at the bakery she meets someone who can give her back all that she lost - What does Desiree decide to do?
I really enjoyed this movie but I do love a good romance and add baking in and I am sure to love it! I am lucky Rex doesn’t mind watching chick flicks with me and when I want I can turn on the Hallmark Channel and get my share of romance.
Disclosure: I was provided a DVD of two Hallmark Channel movies at no cost to me in exchange for blog review. All opinions stated are my own.

I love the Hallmark Channel too! It’s great to have a husband that doesn’t mind watching chick flicks with you. My husband, Jeremy, watches with me too. He’d kill me, if I said anything, but he has actually shed some tears here and there. lol I liked the movie Meddling Mom, but The Sweeter Side of Life doesn’t sound familiar to me. So, I will look forward to watching it. Thanks and I love your blog!
