My Review:
This book really hit home with me. While reading it there were so many times I said that sounds like me. All the different projects I start and didn’t finish. All the diets I start and actually lose on but don’t continue with.
Growing up overweight Besty reached 30 still overweight, depressed and convinces she was worthless. Like many of us she wonder what use is it to try I am going to fail any way. Besty always had big plans but she never completed them. Then she decided what if I do finish something? She was determined to prove that she could do anything she set her mind to. So she started training for a marathon. She worked through bad weather, being hurt, and what ever roadblock she could. You will want to read the rest of this book to see if she success. If what she said can maybe help you finish what you start. I am hoping I found the encouragement I need to finish something I start! I think you will really enjoy Finished Being Fat and Besty humorous and sometimes tearful look at her own weight loss journey and reach her goals.
