I really love cooking but after working all day I want something that taste good and is easy to make. I recently tried a few sauces from Lee Kum Kee™ PANDA BRAND™. There are 5 great sauces that brings a Asian dinner to your table in just a short amount of time and they taste just like you brought them home from a Asian Restaurant. Here are the five varieties:
- Broccoli Beef ~ nice brown flavorful sauce with your own meat and veggies
- Mongolian Beef ~ makes you think you are at a Mongolian BBQ
- Orange Chicken ~ love the spicy flavor and that I can add whatever veggies I want
- Lettuce Wraps ~ these were yummy reminded me of a famous restaurants that I have had wraps at
- Kung Pao Chicken ~ this is my favorite. I always order it when we go out
Here is how my Kung Pao Chicken turned out. What is nice is that I can add what ever vegetables I have on hand and leave out what I don’t like. It is so easy to make. I started by cutting up a bunch of zucchini, onions and carrots. I also cut the chicken into small bite sizes pieces. Then I browned the chicken in a bit of oil, added the vegetables until a little soft then poured in the package of Kung Pao Chicken Sauce and top with a few peanuts. The smell and the taste were excellent. If you hadn’t seen me cook it you would have thought I picked it up on the way home. I like that it took less than 30 minutes to make.
I love knowing I am feeding my family a good meal with no MSG and no preservatives. We have tried almost all 5 of the sauces and each one has been a hit. It’s nice knowing I can have a hot, fresh and flavorful Asian dish any night of the week.
