I like when I find something new to try. I recently received these Snack Crisps from Primizie. They are a unique crisp made out of bread dough. They are Chef-created, handmade artisanal crispbread snacks that enhance and stand up to any dip or topping. They come in 4 unique flavors.
- Italian Snack Crispbread/chip - has red chiles and a secret blend of herbs, spices and seasonings. It is perfect to serve with cheese, antipastos and dips.
- Cheese Snack Crispbread/chip - this one has smoked dutch Gouda & garlic. I loved these! They have a one-of-a-kind flavor and are perfect with dip, spreads or cheese.
- Chile Snack Crispbread/chip - uses a rare chile pepper from northern New Mexico. The flavor is sweet, rich and spicy but does not have the heat. These are great with guacamole, queso and salsa.
- Simply Salted Crispbread/chip -Sel Gris - French Velvet Grey Sea Salt. It’s a light, delicate, almost buttery salt that complements any dip, spread or cheese - or they’re perfect all by themselves. I liked these with sliced cheese and apple. Yum!
I really enjoyed all of the flavors but the Cheese ones with the smoked Gouda & garlic are my favorite. The combination of the two flavors work well together and they taste great with dips and cheese. All of the chips are thick, crunchy and leave you wanting more. Depends on the chip - love them already flavored, esp. Sour Cream & Onion and Ketchup Chip (not together - they are two different chips). I love my home made Salsa w/ corn chips.
