Last week Rex and I were on vacation in Las Vegas. We did not come home as big winners. I was worried that going on vacation would ruin my new way of eating. Well I did go off my plan a bit, but I didn’t gain any weight! I am down 38 pounds!! We did do a lot of walking so I am sure that helped. I also found I am not really interested in sugary foods or carbs like I use to eat. They just make me tired and feel blah.

I was happy to come home and get back to eating my meals from Personal Trainer Food. I have been on other programs like Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem but the food is much better from Personal Trainer Food. The portions are a nice size. The Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast, Garlic Herb Chicken Breast and the Teriyaki Chicken are some of my favorites and they are nice size portions and taste great! I also like the cheese omelets that come with bacon or sausage. The vegetables you get are good too - the broccoli and cauliflower are my favorite but they have lots of variety. They are much better than other frozen vegetables you can buy. You don’t even need to buy any other food if you don’t want. I like having salads so I add them to menu daily.

I am happy that I found Personal Trainer Food and am so happy with my success so far. I know I have a way to go - but with Personal Trainer Food program I will be able to keep up my good success.
