Gimbal’s Fine Candies Review and Giveaway

One of my favorite times of the year is Spring. I think one of the reasons is I love jelly beans that you get at Easter. Recently I came across Gimbal’s Fine Candy. They make Gourmet Jelly Beans all year round so I don’t have to wait till Easter. They make a few of my new favorites. Alexander Gimbal founded Gimbal Candy Kitchen in 1898 in downtown San Francisco. Four generations later Gimbal Candy Kitchen is still making delectable treats.

I was lucky enough to try a few of their delectable treats. I found a new favorite - the Cherry Lovers fruit chew candy. They are mad with Real Cherry Juice and are High in Antioxidant Vitamin C. I love them! They come in nine great flavors like Chocolate Cherry, Cherry Cheesecake, Cherry Daiquiri, Bing Cherry and more. I loved them all!

If you like Cinnamon - you will like the Cinnamon Lovers hearts they inspire delicious heat and passion. I found once I started eating them I wanted more even thought they were a bit Hot! They had lots of flavor and were soft and chewy!

Next came the All Natural Licorice Scotties. These are so cute in the shape of a dog and they had lots of licorice flavor. They reminded me of some candy my Grandma Peters always had. These were soft and chewy. It is one of the first candies made by the Gimbal family back in 1898.

The Gourmet Jelly Beans are made with real fruit juice and come in 41 flavors! They come in a great variety of color and are also packed with Antioxidant Vitamin C and burst with real juice and intense flavor. I really enjoyed eating these and liked that on the back of the bag they have all the Jelly Beans and tell what flavor they are. Along with the original Gourmet Jelly Beans I got to try the Sour Gourmet Jelly Beans. They were sour and come in twelve juicy flavors. If you are sour fan these would be for you. They also are packed with Antioxidant Vitamin C.
