But since the accident that killed his foster brother, Brock, he stays away from the family at Coffee Creek Ranch. Especially now that Brock’s former fiancée, Winnie Hays, is back in town with her little boy.
The simmering attraction between them may surprise Winnie, but Jackson fell for her at first sight years ago. Loyalty and guilt require he keep his distance…even as their feelings blossom into love. In the end, it’s his own conscience Jackson must master. But with the help of the Lamberts, can this Christmas be a time of healing and a new beginning?

My Review:
I love reading holiday books and Big Sky Christmas by C.J. Carmichael was a great book. This was the finial book in the 4 book set of Coffee Creek Ranch. I always love the small town stories and this was a small town. Winnie Hays was marrying Brock Lambert but right before the wedding was killed in a car crash. Jackson the driver of the car ran into a moose in the road. Winnie was pregnant and went to stay with her parents for the next year and half. She decided to return to Coffee Creek and raise her son to know his father’s family who owned a large ranch. Brock’s mother was happy to see her grandson and not so happy with Winnie and didn’t understand why she stayed away so long.
Jackson had been raised with the Lambert boys and he had always liked Winnie - he tried to stay away because he felt guilty that he had been driving the vehicle that Brock had died in - but could he stay away? Was there something between him and Winnie? How does the rest of the family feel? You will need to read Big Sky Christmas to find out. It was a quick read and hard to put down once I started reading it.
I received a Copy of this book from the author for purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for the review, and the review is honest and my responsibility.
