Today is my birthday and when I think of a birthday I think of ice cream so I thought it would be a good day to talk about Arctic Zero Frozen Desserts. I love ice cream but I don’t love the high calories. I recently found Arctic Zero and they have some wonderful low calorie good for you ice cream.

Here is what I received from Arctic Zero to try. Here are the current flavors.

–Chocolate
–Chocolate Peanut Butter
–Coffee
–Cookies & Cream
–Mint Chocolate Cookie
–Strawberry
–Vanilla Maple
–Pumpkin (Seasonal)

I did not receive the Pumpkin but I bet it is good. I had two favorites the Coffee and the Mint Chocolate Cookie. Rex really liked the Strawberry and Chocolate Peanut Butter. They were all great tasting and they are all gone!

There are so many great things to tell you about but to start with is that per 1/2 cup of Arctic Zero is only 37 calories - a whole pint would be under 150 calories!! Yahoo! I love that they are all natural, fat free, gluten free, lactose intolerant friendly, low carbohydrates, non-GMO, suitable for type 2 diabetics, 14 grams of whey protein concentrate per pint and Kosher. Pretty much anyone can eat this ice cream and not feel guilty.

We also received some Chocolate & Vanilla Bars - they were both dipped in a light layer of chocolate at only 85 calories each. They were so good!! They didn’t last long at my house - we ate them in the first day or two.

Arctic Zero invented a great tasting dessert that taste great and is good for you. They have proved that good tasted doesn’t need high fat and calories. Arctic Zero can be found in over 8,000 grocery retailers including Ralphs, Kroger, and Fred Meyer to name a few. You can also buy it on HERE on Amazon. You can keep up with Arctic Zero on Facebook and Twitter.

Arctic Zero has offered to send one of my readers the same great tasting products that I received. You must be 18+ and have a US shipping address.
