I love to cook! I love to try new products! Recently I tried Char Crust® ~ which is a dry rub to put on your beef, chicken, pork, fish and even vegetables. Char Crust® dry rub seasonings create a sizzling seared crust, bursting with juicy flavor. In fact, their registered trademark is “Seals in the Juices!” The dry rub seasoning was created back in 1957 in a legendary Chicago Steakhouse. Today there 9 great flavors - one for everyone.
Original Hickory Grilled
Hickory & Molasses
Roasted Garlic Peppercorn
Smoky Spicy Southwest
Ginger Teriyaki
Amazin’ Cajun
Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic
All American Barbecue
Java Buzz
What I loved the most about Char Crust® is how easy it is to use. I used the Ginger Teriyaki on some chicken breasts. All I did was put some of the rub on a plate - and coated the breast in the seasoning. It took me just minutes to coat the chicken, I was out of the kitchen in a flash, and then Rex grilled it on the grill. Look how juicy this chicken looks. It was so flavorful. The rubs are lower sodium than most rubs, almost no carbs, and no fat.
Char Crust® makes for an easy way to prepare any meat or vegetable, it is great for entertaining and will make your meal special. Everyone will love your meal and not having to stress out about your meat being dry will let you enjoy your evening too.
You can purchase Char Crust® locally or HERE online. To keep up on Char Crust® you can follow them on Facebook.
