I am always looking for away to help me eat better. I recently tried these great tasting shakes from Chike Nutrition. Chike has come great high protein, low carb, meal replacement shakes. Each 8oz serving of our meal replacement is fortified with 28 grams of medical-grade whey protein, complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, essential fatty acids, and 23 vitamins and minerals.

What I really liked about these shakes is how great they tasted! There are 6 size great flavors ~chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, banana, orange and a new coffee flavored one. The coffee one contains 2 shots of espresso coffee, 20 grams of whey protein, 23 vitamins & minerals & only two grams of sugar.

I drank Chike to replace my breakfast I liked that all I had to do was pour, shake, drink and go. It was great to drink on my way to work. They kept me full and like I said had great flavor. I think these also would be good for a midday snack or at night they would be great! You will be surprised at how good these shakes are. No chemical smell. No chalky aftertaste.

  22. I drink Chike every day now after I had my gastric bypass surgery on 12/17/12. I have since lost over 100 pounds, am no longer insulin dependent or diabetic at all, no longer have high blood pressure, and I do not have to use a CPAP machine because I no longer have sleep apnea. Chike is a great tasting and healthy way for me to get in extra protein that is delicious but not too full of calories. My favorite flavors are strawberry and vanilla. I like Chike! :)

  23. I chose Chike Strawberry Burst to boost my protein intake. I love mixing it with unsweetened almond coconut milk. It is a treat!

  25. I love chike! I’ve used it morning, noon and night….mixed in yogurt, in smoothies (yummo) and just “shaked” up with a little soy milk!

    it’s flavored, there is nothing that masks that flavor
