I have been wanting a kitchen scale for awhile and I found this EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale. I love it! It is so easy to use - I used it this morning when packing my lunch to bring to work. I know I will have many uses for the EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale. I recently started a diet so it is important to be able to weigh and measure my food so that I can stay on track. This is the perfect tool for me and will be used a lot!!
Look how easy the numbers are to read. It can display weight by ounces, pounds, grams and kilograms. So you can follow any recipe. It came with 2 AAA batteries so it was ready to use right out of the box. It was easy to use - no directions were required even though they came with them. It’s compact design and easy two-button operation make it perfect for anyone to use. It also has this Tare Feature - that lets you subtract the weight of any plate or container so that you don’t have to figure it out yourself.
Here are some of the great features
- Easy to use multifunction home scale - Perfect for cooks, dieters and families
- Max weight 11lbs; Displays ounces/lbs/grams/kgs; Graduation .05 oz / 1 gram
- Includes FREE EatSmart Calorie Factors guide - Portion control and calorie counting made easy!
- Tare feature eliminates the weight of a plate; 3 Minute Auto-Shutoff lets you prepare ingredients while maintaining battery life
- 2 AAA batteries included; 100% EatSmart Guaranteed Satisfaction

Eat high-fiber foods like flax and wheat bran (50% fiber). They make you feel satisfied without adding calories.
If I could stick to a diet, would be healthier!
My best weight loss tip is to “clean up” your diet. Just give up one thing at a time-sodas? Fast food? Just one at a time every few weeks.
My diet requires I weigh my food

My tip is to include a lot of vegetables at every meal. They’re full of fiber and that makes me feel full. I also seem to reach my weight loss goals faster when I count calories… I like using the myfitnesspal app on my ipod.
Always think of weighing but never have the scale.
