My Review:
I really liked this book. Jen Brewer, RD gives some great tips. A couple things she mentioned really made sense, event though I know the key to losing weight is taking in less calories. She suggest breaking it down so it doesn’t seem like such a big number. Also says that losing weight isn’t easy. You have to work at it. Some days will be a breeze but a lot of days will be a struggle. She suggest that you take one thing at a time - not to try to make all the changes at once. I like that she said that you should scan the table of contents and pick what looks good to you. You don’t need to read every single page. I think this book had some great tools that will help you stay focused on your Journey. I would recommend it to anyone try to lose weight - someone who has tried more than one diet or someone who has lost the same 10 pounds over and over again.
