I like to have a glass or two of wine at night and now that summer is coming I was thinking I would need to keep my wine in the fridge in between glasses. I recently received this Wine Chiller by Bar Brat. It is a stainless steel rod that you put in the freezer then when you want to either chill your wine or keep it chilled you put it in the bottle. Now I can bring my wine on the back porch use the Wine Chiller from Bar Brat and keep my wine chilled.

In addition to the Wine Chiller I received a Wine Pourer that has a gravity lid that opens with you pour. It helps prevent drips so no red wine spots on the tablecloth. Not only is it a pourer, it is a stopper for the bottle and a wine aerator.

The Wine Chiller and the Wine Pourer came in a nice box - perfect for gift giving and I thought about giving the set as a gift to my sister ~ but I thought I could use it so decided to keep it. Already I have used the Wine Chiller a number of times and I just keep it in the freezer so it is ready when I want to use it. I have also used the Wine Pourer and love that too.

If you want to purchase the same set as I have you can do so on the link below from Amazon.com.

  1. This sounds like a really great idea! We don’t drink much, but it would come in handy when we do.

  2. I love this idea! I hate opening a bottle of wine during the summer and having to go in and out of the house just to get a cold glass of wine!

  3. This would make a great gift idea for several family members! I’m saving this idea for later in the year!
