About the Author:
FIONA PEARCE started cake decorating as a hobby in 2009 when she moved to London from Sydney. While completing training in cake decorating, her cake designs became predominantly inspired by the vintage era and she found her passion lies in creating small baked treats such as cookies, cupcakes, and small celebration cakes, and teaching others how to make them. Fiona regularly runs decorating classes in south west London. 
My Review:
What beautiful cookies. Each one is prettier than the next! At first when I looked through the book I thought there is no way I could make something that looks this good. After taking a good look at the different decorating techniques I can do a number of them. I have made and used royal icing and I could do the fondant cookies. This book gives you such good directions. It takes things a step at a time and gives wonderful pictures throughout.
I plan on making a couple different ones for Easter. Frosted cookies always make me think of spring. I hope they turn out as pretty as the ones in this book!
