One of the things that makes me feel special is when I take some extra time to treat myself. One of the ways I do that is with giving myself a facial. I recently found Renew You Sleep Spa 100% Natural Bamboo Mask. They come in two different types.IMG_0662

The first one is the Pure Oils Sleep Spa which will nourish, plump and quench thirsty skin. This natural bamboo mask includes Argan Oil and also Baobab Oil. The Argan Oil is so good for your skin it protects and promotes moisture retention. It is really a wonder oil and I use it all the time and have talked about it before. Baobab Oil is a hydrating oil that absorbs quickly into the skin. It replenishes and improves elasticity in your skin.

The second Natural Bamboo Mask is the Fruit Enzyme Sleep Spa. This mask contains Papaya which helps speed up the elimination of old dead skin cells and leaves the skin looking revitalized. It also contains Pineapple which has bromelain in it ~ this acts as a non-abrasive enzymatic peeling agnet. It helps break down the dead dry skin cells. Combined together they leave your skin smoother and softer.

The nice thing is that it is so easy to use and you do it before bed so you feel more relaxed. Here is what you do:

  • Cleanse your face
  • Lay down in bed and relax
  • Apply the fabric mask to your facial contours
  • Relax 10 minutes
  • Remove the mask and dispose of it
  • Smooth in the excess oil
  • Don’t wash your face
  • Sleep
  • Wake up seeing great results

I have use both of these and love how relaxing they are to use. Rex works nights so this is perfect for me to do at night before I sleep. I love seeing and feeling how soft my face is in the morning. My skin can repair while I sleep. If you would like to purchase some of these Sleep Spa Mask you can do so HERE.
