They use caffeine, retinol and 3 types of Seaweed (Algae extract, kelp and dulse). Along with Cayenne, aloe, coconut oil, sweet almond oil and a few other ingredients.
Well I found that Cellulite Defense Gel-Cream is easy to use you just spread over the area were you want to reduce unwanted bumps and lumps. After using for awhile you should feel your skin looking and feeling tighter, smoother and younger. You should use twice daily. What I noticed was a refreshing scent of mint, green tea and lime. Once rubbed in their was little fragrance. I also like how fast the cream absorbed into my skin.
I also liked is that Cellulite Defense Gel-Cream was from from harsh chemicals such as parabens, sulfates and phthalates. I really have not used the product long enough to see any results - but I do like the way it makes my skin feel very soft and do plan on using it for awhile longer.
