I gave my dad a watch that is engraved and he still uses it today that is special to me.
I gave my now DIL my pearl necklace that I wore at my wedding 30 yrs ago.
Music box from my hubbby
I think the best gift I received was my daughter. She was born just one week after my 25th birthday. I’m still pretty sentimental about that!
My father gave me as a Wedding present all wrapped up, my old favorite Glass that I had used for years
I gave my chlldren photo books with photos of them and their relatives. Brief descriptons of each photo were included.
One year when my sons were small I gave my father a homemade Fathers Day gift of a large red apple with floral individual flower holders poked into it filled with Daisies and a note that said ” Daiseys will never tell how special you are to me, Dad. I love you!” My father cried and said he had never been given flowers before and loved what bIn had written. I treasure that memory. I also gave him a bright red dress shirt that he completely wore out and he never wore bright colors before.
My hubby bought me a gold charm pendant with both kids pictures on it & their names on the back. So nice !
The most sentimental gift I received was a heart knick knack saying I love you.
