IMG_1802I love to cook but some nights it is hard to think of something to make. I like to try new things and my meals have to be quick during the week ~ Rex works the graveyard shift so I like to make something before he leaves. That normally gives me an hour between when I get home and he leaves. Recently I found these Ready Sauces from Lee Kum Kee.

IMG_1386The Panda Brand sauces from Lee Kum Kee come in 5 great flavors including Panda Brand Lettuce Wraps, Sauce for Broccoli Beef, Sauce for Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Sauce for Orange Chicken. The best thing about the sauce other than they are fast, easy and taste great is that they contain no MSG added and no preservative are added to the sauce.

I made the Panda Brand Sauce for Orange Chicken, steamed broccoli and fried rice the other night and it was so easy!!! I just browned the chicken and added the sauce. The Orange Chicken had great flavor. The taste was like a restaurant-quality Chinese meal at a lot less cost. The packages gives you ideas to add to your dish but you can tailor it to your own family’s taste. For instance Rex doesn’t eat broccoli so when I make the Sauce for the Broccoli Beef I will probably add green beans for him.

I am so happy that I found something that taste great and is easy to make. I will be using these sauce quite often I am sure. If you want to purchase your own great Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Ready Sauces you can find them at many local stores or you can purchase them HERE online.
