Do you ever hear a song and it takes you back to a different time? That is the way it is for me with a few of the songs that are on Walt Disney Movies and why I am so excited that Walt Disney Records is releasing a new Disney Classics box set available on November 12. It features 94 orginal recordings from Disney and Disney-Pixar movies, television shows and theme parks celebrating over 85 years of Disney musical magic.
The song Whistle While you Work always reminds me of summer and my Grandparents visiting from Florida. They took us to see Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the theater which was a big treat for us. It was funny on they day my grandparents would arrive we would sit out under the money tree (or that is what we called it) and play cars. The one who spotted their car was the winner. I love when a song can make you think of easier happy times. What is your favorite Disney Song? What does it remind you of?
