I don’t know if you have ever had the chance to use one of the For Dummies books but they are great reference books for all kinds of things. They help make everything easier and it is in a format that anyone can understand. I love how they give you step by step instructions making everything easier.
At my day job I am an Ops Supervisor/Global Project Manager and we recently changed to Office 2013. 
One big thing I do every day is reports and the new Office 2013 is great - but I can’t always find what I am looking for so it is nice to have this book handy to help me out. One of the things I like about Office 2013 for Dummies is the step by step directions on how to do something. The new office product has what is called a Ribbon it is at the top of a program and it has different tabs you can go in. I found out in the book that you can customize the top of your Ribbon by adding something you do often. For instance in my email - I have the print button in the left panel so it is easy to get too. In excel I have the delete and the add line added so it is easy for me to find.
Everyone else in the office seems to like my book too - because it is seldom at my desk.
