Do you love a good sandwich? Here is a some great products that help making a sandwiches a snap! The set comes with GoodCook Nonstick Sandwich Knife, a Good Cook Deluxe Sandwich Keeper, a Good Cook Cheese Slicer, a Good Cook Slice Precise w/ Case and a set of (4) Mini Flexible Cutting Mats.

Here are a couple of my favorite things from the kit. Here is the Good Cook Slice Precise it comes with a case so you don’t poke yourself when you reach in the draw. I love that it holds the tomato in place and I just slice down between the tines. I have only had it a few days and I have used it on tomatoes, onions and jicamia .

Here is the Good Cook Cheese Slicer ~ perfect timing to get it as I just came back from Wisconsin and I brought a bunch of cheese home.

Normally I would just use a knife but this was much easier. (Can you believe a girl from Wisconsin didn’t have a cheese slicer!). I used this to make a great sandwich yesterday.

Blueberry, Turkey, and Swiss Grilled Cheese Sandwich

2 Slices Blueberry Streusel Bread (used Franz Bread)

2 slices Swiss Cheese

3 oz Deli Turkey

1 Egg

¼ Cup milk

Dash of Vanilla

Dash of Cinnamon

I mixed the egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together (like French tst). Then I dipped the bread into the egg mixture and placed into a hot frying pan that had been sprayed with Pam. After it browned on one side I flipped it over. While waiting for the first side to brown I heated the turkey in the same pan. I placed the cheese on the bread and then the turkey. Then topped with other piece of bread. When cheese melts enjoy!

Here is Rex enjoying the sandwich I made for him. His son Joey asked for seconds! It was a hit at my house for lunch yesterday!

  1. My favorite make-at-home sandwich is an open-faced tuna melt: tuna salad topped with alfalfa sprouts topped with Muenster cheese and then melted under the broiler. My favorite sandwich out is called the Hawaiian: ham with provolone, pineapple, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. I like it toasted but it is good cold also.

  14. I like to make Italian subs. Salami, Pepperoni, and ham. Provolone cheese. I toast the bread so it’s crunchy, but steam the meat so it is nice and juicy. Add some pepperocini’s and Ken’s Creamy Italian dressing. This sandwich is heaven.
