I had another good week with Nutrisystem. I finely bought a new scale and good news I lost 2.3 pounds!! I am now down 14 pounds. I know I have said it before but it is so easy to lose with Nutrisystem. I love that I don’t have to plan to much.

In the morning I just have one of the great tasting breakfast - maybe cereal, bagel or bar. I also have a protein shake along with my breakfast. I have yogurt mid morning. Lunch is either great tasting soup, noodles or mashed potatoes with a salad. In the afternoon I have some type of protein.

Here is my dinner for tonight. I usually have a veggie with my dinner and then a bit later my snack. It is so easy to stay on track.

I also am glad the weather is getting nicer - it is easier to park my car a bit further from the office door so I have to walk more. It is also nice enough to take a 10 minute break and walk around the pond at work. They have some great trails at work.

I am looking forward to another great week! Hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day and enjoyed the weekend!
