I started a new program on Sunday - it is the Personal Trainer Food. It is a protein and vegetable diet designed to help your body to burn fat. Personal Trainer Food is 70% Protein, 20% Healthy Carbs and 10% good Fats. What I received was 28 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food that I received was whole natural food and delivered right to my door.
Today is day 4 of food and day 5 of my diet - the first day Sunday I fasted. I have to tell you this is the first time in years that I have gone on a diet and not cheated! I have not had any sugar or carbs since Saturday. The first days were pretty hard - I had a headache and have been really tired but these where things I knew would happen. What I didn’t know would happen is today when I jumped on the scale I had lost almost 10 pounds! 
The meals I received to help me with becoming healthier and losing weight was breakfast for 28 days. The breakfast include eggs and either sausage or bacon. Here is a plain omelet that I added a bit
of cheese to and a sausage patty. Easy to make - just put the steam bag in the microwave for the amount of time printed on the bag. Another breakfast I have had is a cheese omelet with bacon. They all taste pretty good!
I also received 28 servings of protein for my lunches along with 84 portions of vegetables. The lunches contain a protein like the mesquite chicken breast pictured here and 1 serving of vegetables. My dinner is 2 servings of vegetables. I add a salad at lunch with ranch dressing and I have been adding a protein to my dinner. The program I am on is the REV! Woman’s Program. It is a extreme fat burn and accelerated weight loss for women. Includes daily email support, weekly weight loss calls, and 1-on-1 weight loss coaching.
I really have liked the support I have gotten from Personal Trainer Food. I receive a daily e-mail with helpful hints, a couple videos on what I should be feeling the first couple days and also a personal e-mail from my weight loss coach Tamela who is ready to help me with any questions I may have. It is nice to know help is only phone call or e-mail away.
I can’t tell you how happy I am with my success this week and can’t wait to see what next week brings! This is a program I think I could live with. I do need to lose a lot of weight and this program seems like one I can definitely lose the pounds on and also be healthy.
