One of my favorite things to do is bake and I love using new products when I bake. Last Friday I received a Mrs. Fields Fill N Flip™ Locking Layer Baking Pan from Love Cooking Co. in the mail. I had to use it on Saturday. We had a potluck at church so it was 
perfect timing. I love the pan it bakes a layer cake in two pieces and when you take the cakes out of the pan there is room for filling enclosed in one half and using the other half of the cake, locking the filling in the center.
I made a yellow cake with a coconut cream filling. It was so easy. I used the directions on the cake mix and baked as normal. Then I mixed a box of coconut cream pudding and two cups milk. I added a small container of Cool Whip to that along with a cup of toasted coconut. I then filled the the bottom half with the pudding mixture and then sealed the cake with the top layer. It sealed perfect! No pudding leaking out. I am sure the cake would have been great just like that but I covered it with Cool Whip. Everyone loved it at church. It was one of the first things that was people ate for dessert. The cake did not last long.
I also received a Mrs. Fields Cutie Cakes™ Baking Pan. Which is great for small cupcakes or appetizers. Using this pan you can make 48 bite size snacks. I plan on using this pan for the holidays making bite size brownies, corn bread muffins, cheesecakes and tarts. I always like having people over for a Christmas Eve get together - so this pan will work perfect. Just the right size to have a bite of all the different treats!
