I have been wanting to learn more about the diet program that uses these portion control containers. I was very happy to try these Prefer Green 7 Piece Portion Control Containers with Guide Instruction, food and meal storage. They are 100% leak proof and comparable to 21 Day Fix. #PortioControContainers The containers each are for a different food group including:

Green - Vegetables, Capacity: 8 oz
Purple - Fruit, Capacity: 8 oz
Red - Proteins, Capacity: 6 oz
Yellow - Carbs, Capacity: 5.3 oz
Blue - Healthy Fats, Capacity: 2.7 oz
Orange - Nuts,Seeds and Dressings, Capacity: 2 oz ( you get 2 of these)

It also comes with a meal plan guide. So you can start planning your meals. The plan explains how it works - you get so many containers for each food group. What I like to do is put my item in a container and measure the amount and then if I am making lunch for work transfer it to another container so all my food is together. For meals at home I just use the containers and then plate.

I like the containers because they can stack well and are easy to store. The covers are very secure and they are a great tool for me. The containers are something I use almost every day. If you would like to purchase your own Prefer Green 7 Piece Portion Control Containers you can do so on the link below from Amazon.com.
