I am always on the look out for something easy and tasty to make for dinner. Recently I received some Smart & Crunchy Fish Sticks and Fillets from Gorton’s. They are made from 100% wild-caught Alaska Pollock and are breaded in a panko breadcrumb. They are about 200 calories a serving and taste great! I love that they are so crispy but that you bake them instead of them being deep fried. 
I like to keep a bag of them in the freezer for a quick dinner if I am running behind.
We like to eat the Smart & Crunchy Fish Sticks and Fillets from Gorton’s a number of different ways. I like to make them them and use lemon on them and eat them with a salad. Last week one night I made them and put them in a corn tortilla shell and added all kinds of veggies - including cabbage, lettuce, carrots and even a bit of cilantro. I’ve gotten 2 of my friends hooked on the Smart and Crunchy fish sticks. The coating is so good, not greasy, and really crispy. Great with a side salad!
I think that the tilapia filets are hugely awesome. Serve with cocktail sauce and garlic butter.
I like to make my Gorton’s Breaded & Battered Fillets a little on the well-done side, cooked in margarine base and saute cook flipping vigorously, serve with cocktail sauce.

Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets is great served with Penne pasta and Arrabbiata sauce with Parsley. A little Romano cheese sprinkled over the top when served and you are ready to enjoy.

I’m going to try something new tonight. Bought a ready made pizza crust and I’m going to use Alfredo sauce with the garlic shrimp and lots of mushrooms, olives, cheese, and spinach. Yeah, I know, it’s going to be fattening…but I need to splurge once in a while!

If you’re watching your weight (and who isn’t, lol), the Smart and Crunchy are a really excellent option. Not oily at all, and so crispy! Great with a side salad or steamed veggies!
