  1. I need this so bad. I made a New Year’s resolution (and haven’t done this in many years) that I am going to improve my health any way I can-with self help, doc’s help, and advice from a physical therapist. I listened to her video and it would be perfect for me. I haven’t been able to exercise for 15 years since I had my first C=spine surgery. I had 3 within 3 years and was left with severe chronic pain for almost 16 years now.I tried physical therapy quite a few times and gave up because the pain was intolerable. I have been divorced (after married for 30 years) for 8 years and being uneducated, enrolled in school 4 years ago.I have been struggling to get through but although I have had to drop out a few semesters, have hung in there and plan to earn my Social Service degree to help other women like myself. I had to drop out this past November, just one month before finals, due to severe pain. I have chronic myofascial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, arthritis, osteoporosis, and COPD. I smoked for forty years but thankfully, was finally able to quit last April. The COPD is moderate. I have lost all of my muscle just the past two years from losing so much weight. I am only about 102 pounds and my average weight was always between 120 and 132, mainly staying at 125. I hate being this thin and weak. I have got to get better. Thank you for the giveaway!

  2. I like how there just 30 minute routines.
