Do you take time for yourself?  I was just thinking about all the rushing around I do for everyone else.  I need to take a bit more time for me. eco-lips-logo-greenYou know I love organic products and I found some lip balm that is organic from Eco Lips.  Eco Lips products use organic beeswax, plant oils, essential oils that combine together to create products that naturally heal an restore.

IMG_1289 Eco Lips has a whole line of great lip balms.  I received a couple that I really like.  The first two were out of the One World Collection.  These lip balms are made with Fair Trade Certified Coco Butter and USDA Organic Certified ingredients and exotic oils from around the globe. I have the Renew which is an Orange Spice flavor – it uses Argan Oil to revitalize your lips.  The other one I tried from this collection is the Relax in a Lavender Lemon flavor – just the smell helps calm you and helps you feel relaxed. I really liked the Orange Spice lip balm.

The next one I tried was out of the Specialty Lip Balm collection – it was called  Eco Lips Energy Lip Balm.  It is infused with caffeine, green tea and vitamin B12. Good for that afternoon slump.

The finial one I used was from the Premium Lip Balm collection –  the Eco Lips Gold USDA Certified Organic Lip Balm.  This is made with the finest certified organic Baobab Oil. USDA Certified Organic. Vitamin enriched. The ultimate lip moisturizer.

I liked all the Eco Lips Lip Balm I tried – the best thing is how it held it shape and it went on smoothly.  It lasted a long time once I put it on and it helped make my lips feel good not dry.

Cascade Ice Review

IMG_1365Recently I tried some really good tasting drinks from Cascade Ice.  The reason I tried them was they are sodium free, caffeine free, and gluten free.  They also come in 31 flavors and are all zero calories.

They come in 3 different categories – the first one Cascade Ice Zero Calorie this category has a ton of great tasting fruity flavors like Cascade Ice Sparkling Water with Juice Lemonade – this one is so refreshing!  It is great on a hot day with ice or maybe mixed with a bit of flavored vodka.  I noticed they even have a new flavor that is Strawberry Chocolate.  I bet a lot of people would like to try that one!

The second category is Cascade Ice Sparkling Water Organic ~ this group has great tastes like Lemon Lime and Lemon Zest – don’t they sound refreshing?

The finial category is  Cascade Ice Sparkling Water Cocktail Mixers.  In this group they have some great flavors like Cosmopolitan and Margarita.  A great way to save on calories and still feel like you are having a mixed drink. Or add a little tequila, rum or vodka to your drink and have a great tasting mixed drink just like at a bar or restaurant without all the work.

I just loved all the flavors I tried of Cascade Ice they were very refreshing and had great flavors!  I am not sure how they do it with zero calories but I am glad they do.  After trying the bottles I received I went out and stocked my fridge with them.  I love the variety of flavors and I can have something different each day.  I even froze them to get a bit slushy and it is even more refreshing on a hot day.
