The sisters live in the Southwest and Midwest.
What a great book! I loved every chapter and it is filled with yummy sounding recipes. There are a couple Homemade Christmas projects you will see some of them in the up coming weeks. My favorite chapter was 12 Ways to give back. One of the ways is to “Give Cookies to Heros”. I live down the block from a fire house – guess who is getting cookies from me the next time I bake. Giving back any time not just at the Holidays is a great idea and something easy to do. Another idea they suggested is “Pay it Forward”. One night when I was coming home from church and Rex was gone I stopped at Taco Bell and the person in front of me paid for my meal. It made me feel really good. So I bought the next cars meal. Giving always makes you feel good. This is a book I will use this Christmas – make some good food and get some good ideas.
