facial-oilI am always looking for something new to help my skin stay young and healthy looking.  I recently came upon a great site called the Mad Hippie. Mad Hippie is a small family run business in Portland, Maine.  They make natural products and  strive to always make them the safest, most effective products possible.

I tried the Antioxidant Facial Oil. The Antioxidant Facial Oil  hydrates and protects against photoaging. It is preservative-free and is a great way to moisturize.  I love the ingredients list – it includes:

  • Argan Oil
  • Sea Buckthorn Berry
  • Pomegranate Oil
  • Camu Camu Berry
  • Broccoli Extract
  • Raspberry Seed Extract
  • Strawberry Extract
  • Goji Berry
  • Hemp Seed Extract
  • Grape Seed Extract
  • Sunflower Seed Oil

All of these good things and all things I can pronounce.  I love that it is all natural. I used it this winter and I like how soft my face feels and how good it looks. It soaked into my skin and didn’t leave my face shiny or greasy feeling. It would be something I would recommend using.

Mad Hippie has a whole line of skin care products including eye cream, cleansers and serums.  If you would like to check out all of the great products Mad Hippie has you can see them and purchase them HERE.  You can also find it at some local stores such as Whole Foods. Stay connected with Mad Hippie on Facebook.
