479I love popcorn ~ there is something about the smell and taste of it that reminds me of when I was growing up.  I remember my Mom would make it in a kettle on the stove.  She would use a copper bottom kettle with a beat up cover that didn’t go with it.  After popping it she would put it in a paper bag and pour melted butter and salt on it. What a treat and how simple it was to make us happy.  I still love popcorn but now along with buttered  I like to try popcorn that has different flavors.  479° Popcorn has a whole line of different flavors. IMG_1488 Even one with butter.  Here are the great flavors they have:

  • Asiago, Parmesan + Cheddar
  • White Cheddar + Black Truffle
  • Creamery Butter
  • Sea Salt
  • Seaweed Toasted Sesame
  • Farmers Market Herbs
  • Toasted Coconut Caramel
  • Sea Salt Caramel
  • Chipotle Caramel + Pumpkin Seeds
  • Pumpkin Pecan Praline – limited edition

I was lucky enough to try a number of them and I was surprised to find that my favorite was the Chipotle Caramel + Pumpkin Seeds. It was so good I could hardly stop eating it.  All the flavors I tried were good and would eat again.

IMG_1500One of the things I love about this popcorn is not only the great taste combinations  but it is pretty low in calories and I am really trying to watch what I eat this year.  They even put the calorie per serving on the outside of the bags.  It makes you wonder how they can pack so much flavor and such low calories.

479° is all made by hand in San Francisco and is organic.  They use only the highest quality of ingredients.  I am sure  you will love the different flavors and the quality of 479° Popcorn as much as I do.  You can find 479° at local stores like Fred Meyers or Thriftway.  You can also purchase it HERE online.  You can stay connected with 479° on Facebook.
