Sometimes I just want some chocolate ~ not any chocolate some good creamy yummy chocolate. Vermont Nut Free Chocolates makes some really good ones that are nut free. Vermont Nut Free Chocolate Company was founded by the mother of a little boy with peanut allergy. I am lucky and do not have a peanut allergy but the chocolates can be enjoyed by anyone. I know someone who has an allergy to nuts and it is hard to find chocolates that are made in a nut free facility. So they are happy I found Vermont Nut Free Chocolates.
I love Truffles and these are some of the best – they were so creamy. I had an assorted package that contained milk chocolate, mocha, dark chocolate, dark raspberry, black forest and orange apricot. Everyone was wonderful! I am so glad Rex doesn’t like truffles – I got to enjoy every bite and I did. All of the centers are made by hand from scratch and then individually dipped into premium chocolate. You can tell they are fresh and that a lot of care goes into each truffle.
This is the Crispy Fruit Bark – it is white chocolate with some crunchy crisp rice and the chewy texture of dried cranberries, raspberries, blueberries, and apricots. This is one of the items I brought with me back to visit in Wisconsin and my family loved it! They said they wished I had brought more. It was such a great flavor combination. A lot of times you many think you miss a lot by not having nuts in something but not in this bark. I wonder how they came up with such a good combination.
