Here is the pork I made on Sunday – it was so easy and the meat was so tender!  Everyone loved it.  Here is what I like about the AquaChef® Smart Cooker.

  • Enhances Flavors &Textures
  • Lots of moisture
  • Nutrients don’t cook away
  • Healthier than adding oil and fat
  • No clean up
  • No Mess

It was great – I didn’t have a messy pan to clean up.  I just rinsed out the Vacuum Seal bag, dumped the water and wiped dry the AquaChef.  What a easy Sunday night for me. Next I am thinking about maybe making a tri tip in it.  I think that will turn out great!  Another thing I like is that during the summer you kitchen doesn’t get all heated up from turning the oven on and I still can make a great tasting meal.
