Nutrisystem Week #9

We had such a nice weather week here in Portland Oregon.  It really helped me to stay on track with my Nutrisystem.  I am not sure weight wise how I did because I went to weight myself and my scale didn’t work.  I need to get another one this week.

 

This week was a Mexican food week – here for lunch was one of my favorites – the beef and bean burrito.  I also had chicken tacos and a chicken quesadilla.

 

I always add a side salad with lettuce onions and whatever fresh veggies I have in the fridge at home.  I also just use taco sauce for my dressing to keep the calories down but the flavor up.
