I really liked Lose Weight By Eating. One of the things I look for in a cookbook is pictures and this one had lots of great pictures. I am also trying to lose weight as you know from reading my blog so I love to find new recipes. Lose Weight By Eating is all about eating clean and not using processed foods which I really like. I am going to incorporate a number of the recipes into my eating plan. Audrey Johns the author lost about 150 pounds eating clean and following these recipes. The nice thing is she provides lots of tips and also menu plans.
Some of the recipes I am going to try are the pizza recipes – there is an easy to make pizza crust and a number of different ideas for topping like a Hawaiian Pizza, Cowboy Pizza and a Pear Rosemary and Goat Cheese Pizza they all sound yummy to me!
