Were did my week go?  I am sorry it took so long to get this post up.  If you ever need to know what is going on in the world or with the weather ask a travel agent!  This week has been rough for us at work – first the sad senseless bombing in Brussels and then the snow in the Denver and the rest of the Midwest has really kept me and my staff busy!IMG_1607

The good news?  I am still able to keep up with eating healthy no matter how busy I get.  Personal Trainer Food makes it easy to stay right on track.  I am down again this week – I now have lost 28 pounds and down a pants size!  That is so exciting to me.  Here on the right is one of the good tasting simple to make breakfast.  This is a sausage roll and all you do is put it in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and out comes this tasty breakfast!  What could be easier than that.

I am so thankful to finding Personal Trainer Food and having the great resources right at my finger tips if I need help or have questions.  I don’t think I could have done this much without them.  I look forward to continuing on my path to weight lose, feeling better and being more healthy with Personal Trainer Food!
