I am excited to say I am down 25.8 pounds! I can’t believe how good that feels. I still haven’t really dropped any clothes size, but my pants are a bit too big. I think part of that maybe I am afraid to try the next size down ~ what if they don’t fit?? I think I will wait another week to try them on.
I know you are probably getting tired of hearing how good the food is from Personal Trainer food but it is really good. Here is one of my typical lunches – these are buffalo chicken sticks with green beans. You will note I have added some bacon bits and cheese to the green beans – and that is alright to do! It is so nice that lunch is so easy to make at work ~ all I have to do is just heat and eat.
I can also have great snacks on this program – who doesn’t like cheese and pepperoni? That is my normal snack at night ~ I even have Rex eating the same snacks as me.
This past week I went out to eat a couple times and following the Personal Trainer Food program does allow me to do that. We went to Claim Jumpers one night and I had lots of choices – I ordered a steak, broccoli and a salad. It’s nice to know I can go out to eat and still stay on the program. We also went to 5 Guy’s Burger and Fries. I ordered a cheese burger in a bowl with lettuce, onions, pickles and mayo. It’s nice that so many places cater to everone even those wanting things a bit different.
