I grew up in Wisconsin and love football. My boyfriend always says how lucky he is to have a girlfriend that will watch the games with him. I even managed to turn him into a Packer fan ~ but then who doesn’t love the Packers! They have a lot of history and really great traditions. The movie “My All American” sounds great!
About the Movie:
What Freddie Steinmark wants most in the world is to play football. Deemed too small by the usual athletic standards, his father trains him hard, and Freddie brings a fight to the game that ultimately gets him noticed – by none other than legendary University of Texas coach Darrell Royal. Awarded a scholarship and a chance to play for the Longhorns, Freddie sets off to Austin determined to make the team. Alongside his old teammate Bobby Mitchell and new pal James Street they rise to the occassion, giving the Longhorns a real chance to turn the team around. But just when they’re reveling in the success of the season, Freddie suffers an injury that leads him to a shocking diagnosis and the biggest challenge he will ever face.

My favorite thing about fall is the beautiful colors of the leaves changing on the trees. I love the bright reds and oranges.
I love the cooler temperatures and the changing colors of the leafs. We always enjoy our visit to the local apple orchard and having warm cider with a stick of cinnamon. Baked apples, homemade apple butter and fresh apple pie can’t be beat either.

I like fall because of all the fun holidays. I’m not real partial to cold weather, though.
When I was a teenager, my girlfriend and I would walk around our small town in the fall winds (Santanas). We loved the warm winds with leaves, etc rattling around and the eerie feeling.
This is my first fall in SW Florida at the age of 60. I think I’m going to really like going to the beach in November!
