One of my favorite things about the weekends is making breakfast for Rex and I. So when I saw Delicious Mornings I couldn’t wait to make something out of it. My first thing I made was Bacon n’ Eggs Hash Brown Casserole and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bars. Both were very good. I can’t wait to try a few more.

Dina is a self-taught baker and an award-winning cake decorator with two second-place wins at the National Capital Area Cake Show.
Her passion for baking and cake decorating led her to open a home-based custom cake business in 2009 called Buttercream. She soon embarked on sharing her sought-after recipes and created a baking blog in 2010 called Buttercream Bakehouse, which soon became her full-time passion.
As her blog grew in popularity, she was accepted by dozens of ad networks, including Pollinate Media Group and Collective Bias, and as a freelance writer for Tap Influence and as a brand ambassador for well-known brands, including Hershey’s, Nestle, Kraft Foods and Betty Crocker. She spends her free time as a volunteer field editor for Taste of Home Magazine, and her blog listed as a favorite at www.tasteofhome.com.
Her biggest cheerleaders are her parents, Lucy and Jimmy Foglio, who continue to inspire her to work hard every day and reach for the stars. She currently lives in the suburbs of Fredericksburg, Va., with her husband and her four beautiful children. For fun she likes to cook for her husband, John; cheer on her two youngest sons, Brennen and Kayeden, in baseball; volunteer in their schools; shop with her teenage daughter, Ashlynn; and have one-on-one talks with her oldest son, Tristen. The family also has two Maltese, named Oliver Nutmeg and Finnegan Chestnut.
