When you want something unique, check out battery operated centerpiece lights at your party, gift, or craft store or to be provided by your professional event planner if you have a wedding, special occasion, or dance coming up and have hired a planner to help make it a big success. Promotional companies also find that these lights make a good giveaway.

The lights add a delightful final touch to any event and make it truly spectacular and a memorable experience for those lucky enough to take part. You or your planner can create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that will stand out compared to other parties that your guests will have attended.

For example, a Maxcolor Cocktail Table Light enables you to no longer be limited to the standard colors such as red, blue, and green. Now you can choose from a wide spectrum of 20 pre-programmed colors and shades such as pink black, blue black, green black, red black, teal black, yellow black, aqua black, spandex green, and spandex red.

This Table Light attaches to poles with a diameter of ¾ inch to two inches. Easy to install, simply remove the table top and install the support bracket on the support pole wherever desired. Then put the light on the bracket pointing either up from the bottom or down from the top.

A Maxcolor Remote Control turns the light on after you have selected your desired DIY create-and-save color mode and also choose from six flash and fade modes. A charging adapter is included so that there is no need for standard batteries, and the brightness is adjustable. Charge time is approximately five hours, and run time is 8-plus hours.

This Table Light can also be used in floral arrangements and as the interior lighting of props.

Fortune Products has been a wholesale distributor of a wide variety of battery operated event decor products since 1985 and manufactures this Table Light. They also have an incredible selection of LED battery operated lights and other items that will truly “light up” your party. Browse through their catalog or give them a call.

When making choices regarding your interior designs, you should pick colors that make your home décor POP. And, while most classic colors are the go-tos, there are at least 4 non-traditional hues that are more expressive and fun.

Purples – Deep, Lavender, and Plum

This color, while vibrant and gorgeous in every shade, made an appearance in home décor in the 70s. But it would now be considered retro. In some cases, especially when paired with orange, the color can be a tacky reminder of the glory days of disco. However, if you want to use this color nowadays, it’s best to go with solids for your walls. Or, accent your home with purple variations, such as lavender for your bedroom and plum for your bathroom.

Yellows – Sunshine, Mustard, and Golden

Yellow can be too stark for some interior designs. But, if you use the right shades, you can achieve a sunny look that boosts your mood and lifts your spirits. In this case, sunshine, mustard, and golden are three of the best paint colors for home décor. But you can also accent larger spaces with yellow accessories, like a daffodil-yellow vase, or a lemon-yellow throw pillow. In perfect contrast, if you choose yellow as a backdrop color, choose a darker tone, like navy blue, as your forefront color.

Orange – Burnt, Pumpkin, and Tangerine

Orange is a delightful color, mostly reserved for Halloween and Thanksgiving. However, it could make an awesome year-round color if you use the right shade for your home. Burnt, pumpkin, and tangerine add up best with darker-toned interior designs, such as rustic brown, forest green, and crimson red. Sure, this is still an awesome October color to commemorate some amazing holidays. But you can use varying shades of orange at any time to add pizazz and spark to your interior designs.

Pinks – Champagne, Pale, and Hot

Commonly associated with a feminine elegance, pink seems to be the go-to color for princess themes in little girls’ bedrooms or newborns’ nurseries. However, pink can be used anywhere, for anyone. There are lots of different shades, but the aforementioned three in the title are the best for home décor.

The aforementioned colors, albeit non-traditional, would make perfect accents and backdrop tones for your interior design. From commercial kitchens for sale, to rental properties, or your own home, to make your interior décor POP, pick a shade, any shade, and get to painting.

For a lot of people, winter and autumn are the perfect seasons for their personal styles. And sure, that time of years lets you enjoy big sweaters, chunky socks, and a soft style that can be incredibly cute. However, that doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice your style just because the weather is heating up and the sun has come out. A lot of people feel as though they’re left a bit exposed in the summer, feeling uncomfortable showing skin and sticking to clothes that actually end up leaving them kind of uncomfortable. Well, if you really want to make the most of the summertime, it’s time to embrace the styles that will not only keep you comfortable but make you look good while doing it! Here are some things that will help you make the most of your summer style.

Your wardrobe

If you need to take a moment to say goodbye to your autumn and winter clothes, then do it now. Then throw them in your closet and say goodbye to them until the summer is over. It’s time to start enjoying all of the new fashion possibilities that come with this gloriously sunny time of year! From beach sun dresses that make you feel light and comfortable no matter how hot it gets, to elegant maxi dresses that are perfect for garden parties on warm summer evenings. If you want to hang out at home them a light pair of sweatpants or shorts can give your legs the air they need to stop you from overheating. There is no reason why you can’t be both comfortable and fashionable at the same time.

Many of us have set makeup styles and palettes that we love to embrace no matter what, but some styles are just better suited to the colder months than others. It’s time to say goodbye to the smokey eyes and dark colors and instead embrace a lighter, more subtle set of tones. The sun is going to do wonders for your skin anyway, so you certainly don’t need to worry nearly as much about giving yourself that glow that so many people want. Be daring with your makeup and try colors that are lighter than you would normally choose. It’s the summertime, have fun with it!

Your hair

What better time for a changeup and a trim than when the sun comes out. Your hair might have been there to keep you warm and comfortable in the cold weather, but there’s a good chance that it’s going to become increasingly annoying as things start to heat up. You’ll find it getting in the way and causing you to overheat a lot of the time. Why not take the bold move and go for a serious chop! Not only does it give you the chance to try out a new style that you may well fall in love with, but it will help you stay a lot more comfortable than if you were dealing with huge amounts of thick, long hair.

Most people have coffee to help them wake-up – for me it is a shower!  There is nothing like standing under the shower to wake me up. I found some great new limited edition Softsoap at Walmart. They smell fantastic.

The two scents are Blushing Bouquet and Eternal Bloom. The Blushing Bouquet smells like like a floral paradise. It reminds me of spring flowers.   I love how it lathers and how great it smells. The second scent is Eternal Bloom and it has both a bit of fruity and floral scents. I like them both – I feel like I am in a garden surrounded by 100’s of flowers!

After using either scent I noticed how hydrated, smooth and radiant my skin looks. It is soft to the touch and has a fresh smell.  I also like how well the soap rinses off – not leaving any film on my skin.

I have used Softsoap for years and have always thought that it was a good product.  The nice thing is there are a variety of scents, one for everyone.  They also are economically priced even thought they are as good as any higher priced product.

You can find both the Eternal Bloom and the Blushing Bouquet at Walmart until the end of summer – make sure you stock up because they may not be around again!
